Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit 4P1-Acute Care Medicine. This night-shift opportunity involves patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and collaborative care planning in a high-acuity telemetry setting.

The RN will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing quality improvement. AZ RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the State of Arizona or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• ADN/ diploma holders must obtain BSN within 60 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in telemetry unit following ANA standards.
• administer medications and IV therapies per policy.
• develop and contribute to patient care plans.
• educate patients and families on care and post-discharge needs.
