Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates and operations as part of a designated area.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P/L statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and brand standards across the store.
• Recruit and develop qualified associates to support growth and staffing needs.
