Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL/Profit & Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure excellent customer service by modeling Walmart's One Best Way OBW service model and resolving customer issues.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, build relationships with stakeholders and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support Walmart's mission, values and ethics.
