Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback across store operations.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses aligned to sales.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling the One Best Way (OBW) service standards and resolving customer issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement business changes and plan actions to reduce shrink and improve processes.
