Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to guide teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will supervise associates, implement training, and coordinate with store operations to optimize merchandising, budgets, and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements apply.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; teach training and provide feedback to associates.
• Ensure customer service excellence following Walmart standards and OBW service model.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, budgeting, and shrink control to meet sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor associates; promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
