Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required as part of the job.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring, training and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and supports Walmart values and ethics.
