Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Day Shift to lead a team of 25–30 warehouse associates at our Las Vegas fulfillment operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and sits on the floor, directly shaping daily execution and team dynamics.

You will own the department's people, processes, and numbers, driving safety, productivity, and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our shift’s performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations or a related environment.
• Experience leading teams and holding people accountable to performance expectations.
• Comfort working with operational data and using metrics to identify problems and improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Monitor KPIs in real time and adjust before issues escalate.
• Manage labor allocation, throughput, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Onboard new associates and help them reach full productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Communicate results, risks, and priorities clearly to leadership.
