Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift at our Shepherdsville, KY facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of 15–25 associates, and ensure accurate inventory handling while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse procedures, and experience with WMS and material handling equipment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience leading and supervising teams in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Leads 15-25 warehouse associates: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper loading with paperwork.
• Maintains FIFO and proper stock rotation; ensures safety protocols are followed.
• Drives productivity using warehouse management systems and tech.
• Supports security and building access after shift.
