ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of 25–30 associates at our Las Vegas fulfillment operations. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while making real-time decisions to keep our merchant orders moving.

This on-site role demands overnight availability, strong coaching, data-driven leadership, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory and smooth shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation.
• Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work an overnight night-shift schedule.
• Weekend/holiday/overtime flexibility as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates on the night shift.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time.
• Adjust labor and workflow as volume changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Train and onboard new associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety.
• Ensure clear shift handoffs with reporting on results and risks.
