Job summary

ShipMonk in Las Vegas is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of about 25–30 warehouse associates across our Nevada fulfillment centers. You’ll own the department, set priorities, coach on the floor, monitor safety and productivity, and ensure accurate handoffs between shifts.

This on-site role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, strong coaching, decision-making under pressure, and comfort using KPIs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations
• Strong coaching and people-leadership skills and ability to manage performance with KPIs
• Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule and flexibility for weekends/overtime

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates on the night shift
• Monitor productivity, safety, quality, and attendance in real time and adjust labor as needed
• Ensure clear shift handoffs and communicate results, risks, and outstanding issues
