Qualifications

• Early-career candidates with leadership potential.
• Exposure via internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or similar experience.
• Willingness to spend the majority of shifts on the fulfillment floor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set daily priorities.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, and safety.
• Learn to allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Onboard and train new associates.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
