Job summary

UPS in Louisville, KY is seeking a Lead Service Associate to join our warehouse operations. You will coordinate with supervisors, operate MHE and RF scanners, and ensure accuracy, safety, and high-quality service for customers.

You will lead by example, manage daily tasks, monitor inventory, and work within established processes to meet SLAs and KPI targets while supporting a culture of continuous improvement at UPS.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor on warehouse activities.
• Operate MHE and RF scanners as part of daily workflow.
• Ensure accuracy in outbound/inbound and inventory control using WMS.
• Support meeting SLAs and KPIs and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating and checking team tasks with minimal supervision.
