Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 25–30 person warehouse team at our Las Vegas fulfillment operation. You will coach and develop staff, set safety and performance expectations, and drive daily priorities through shift huddles and KPI monitoring.

You’ll translate leadership experience into ShipMonk’s fast-paced fulfillment environment, using data to improve execution and build future leaders while partnering with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of military leadership, supervisory, team-lead, or personnel oversight experience OR 2+ years civilian leadership in operations/logistics.
• Experience leading people, maintaining accountability, and executing operational objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and use metrics to improve performance.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and adjust labor and workflows as conditions change.
• Use operational data to identify root causes and improve performance.
• Train and develop associates while identifying future frontline leaders.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to solve problems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and equipment, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate waste, and strengthen execution.
