Job summary

Quest Oracle Community in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, shipping, and related daily operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

You will lead a team, manage performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse supervision, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience with RF devices and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a re-distribution or distribution center.
• Powered industrial truck certification required within the first 2 weeks of being hired.
• Experience with RF devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor the daily activities and performance of warehouse workers to assure compliance of standard procedures, quality, and safety.
• Assure quality performance through proper staffing, effective communication, and training.
• Manage employee performance through motivation, delegation, development, mentoring and resolving conflict.
• Take corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and following company policy.
• Conduct regular department or pre-shift meetings to foster employee engagement, communicate changes, and address concerns.
• Participate in staff selection, performance and compensation evaluations, corrective action and terminations as necessary.
• Continuously review warehouse procedures and modify the operational structure for efficiency.
• Monitor departmental expenses and provide necessary resources.
