Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years distribution/warehouse experience.
• 3-5 years warehouse supervisory experience in redistribution or distribution center.
• Knowledge of powered industrial trucks and RF devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Staffing, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions as needed.
• Promote safety through SOPs, toolbox talks, and regular safety training.
• Review procedures and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain reports and logs on productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory policies.
