Performance Team is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee 50+ employees across receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. You will plan workloads, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety and procedural standards while coordinating with inventory control and payroll functions.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with 3PL operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments required.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports is a must.
• Strong supervisory and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in order, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Directs staffing, assigns duties, and communicates procedures to staff.
