Job summary

Drive Medical Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Supervisor to lead shift operations, optimize order fulfillment, and coach a dedicated team. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in warehouse management, and experience with SAP/ERP systems, plus MS Office proficiency. Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
At least 2 years in warehouse management.
At least 2 years in a role with occasional customer contact.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and plan warehouse operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee non-exempt staff workloads and productivity.
Develop and implement warehouse best practices and SOP compliance.
Train and mentor staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to handle varying daily workloads.
Monitor performance and provide coaching and succession planning.
Maintain safety, quality, and service standards.
