Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a reliable Night Shift Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily night-shift operations and lead frontline warehouse staff. The role coordinates receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will train new employees on safety and quality standards, monitor performance, and address issues while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or overseas warehouse operations is preferred.
• Previous experience leading frontline employees or a small warehouse team is preferred.
• Good understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily night-shift warehouse operations.
• Lead team members in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and inventory-counting activities.
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor work progress and quality to reduce shipping errors and discrepancies.
• Train and support new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment use, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns.
• Assist with employee coordination, attendance monitoring, workflow management, and shift handoffs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
