Job summary

Quest Oracle Community seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will direct staff across receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, and shipping to ensure accurate, timely and safe order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance management, and implementing process improvements while controlling costs. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with WMS systems and RF devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent education/work experience in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor daily activities and performance of warehouse workers to assure compliance with procedures, quality, and safety.
• Assure quality performance through proper staffing, effective communication, and training.
• Manage employee performance through motivation, delegation, development, mentoring and resolving conflict.
• Take corrective action as necessary in a timely manner following company policy.
• Conduct regular department or pre-shift meetings to foster engagement and communicate changes to policies.
• Participate in staff selection, performance and compensation evaluations, corrective action and terminations as necessary.
• Review warehouse procedures and modify structure to create a more efficient operation.
• Monitor departmental expenses.
• Provide necessary resources to support daily activities.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, safety and quality while reducing costs.
