The role involves assisting with leasing, move-in/move-out tasks, and handling emergencies, with a fixed night rotation schedule. Responsibilities include answering calls, coordinating with staff, guiding residents on online systems, and maintaining essential clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Three to six months related customer service experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with referral/placements and move-in/move-out process.
• Maintain fax machines and assist users with clerical duties.
• Train residents on the online work order system over the phone as needed.
• Register new residents, assign room numbers, and issue room keys.
• Respond to work orders and input tickets from residents.
• Report customer service issues to property management staff as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer communication and foster relationships.
