Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Clinical Service Desk Associate to support healthcare clients in a 24x7 remote call center environment. The role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential overtime.

You will handle inbound calls about clinical applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech), document incidents, drive timely resolutions, and maintain private, quiet workspaces. Medical benefits and 401k accompany employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare customers about the clinical aspects of various applications (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech)
• Document comments and close or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk
• Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift
• Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet
• Travel up to 10% of the time if required
• Lift up to 25 lbs for equipment setup
• Maintain a working cell phone for manager communication and Two-Factor Authentication
