Job summary

NTT DATA Services is hiring for a Provider Clinical Service Desk agent to support healthcare customers in a 24/7 environment. The role requires flexible night/weekend/holiday shifts and ticketing in clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

Expect 8–10 hour shifts with training during day hours. The position offers a full benefits package and opportunities for incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from healthcare customers in a 24/7 call center.
• Respond to clinical application issues (Epic, Cerner, McKesson, Meditech).
• Document accurate notes and close or escalate tickets promptly.
• Drive incident resolution and ensure timely updates.
• Maintain private workspace with reliable internet; travel up to 10%.
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed for equipment setup.
