Qualifications

• Experience with Windows O/S and Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Fast and accurate keyboarding or typing skills.
• Reliable transportation to report for duty at the listed locations.
• Flexibility to work any shift during critical staffing and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across business areas, vendors and emergency services.
• Resolve security system alarms, calls, emails, and alerts for Citizens Bank footprint.
• Support performance of physical security equipment and panel communication lines.
• Dispatch emergency services for life/safety events.
• Maintain service level standards for Alertline related calls.
• Monitor third-party emergency alert notification systems.
• Support administrative tasks to meet audits and internal procedures.
• Adhere to timelines for event notification and escalations.
