Acloché LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for a cold-chamber aluminum die casting operation in Cedarburg, WI. Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing (die casting, molding, or metalworking).
• US work authorization, must reside within 45 minutes of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process variables: melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, pressures, cycle times, and lubrication.
• Perform root-cause defect analysis on porosity, cold shuts, soldering, etc.
• Optimize machine parameters for new launches and existing runs.
• Maintain and standardize process setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Conduct production trials with QA and engineering to improve first-pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Review X-ray data and ensure parts meet customer specs.
• Coach floor staff on standardized parameters and best practices.
