Job summary

Your Talent Team is recruiting a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for a leading North American die casting manufacturer in Cedarburg, WI. The role focuses on monitoring high-pressure aluminum die casting processes, reducing scrap, and driving first-pass yield improvements on a dedicated 3rd shift.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on process control in manufacturing (aluminum die casting preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret process data and quality reports.
Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.

Responsibilities

Monitor critical process parameters including melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, and pressures.
Perform root-cause analysis on defects such as porosity, cold shuts, soldering, and shrinkage.
Optimize machine parameters for new product launches and existing runs; document setup sheets.
