• 2+ years of hands‑on process control experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process parameters and optimize die casting variables.
• Analyze and resolve casting defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering).
• Execute production trials with QA and engineering to improve first‑pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Maintain process standardization with setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Train floor personnel on standardized process parameters and best practices.
• Support quality and inspection with real‑time monitoring and X‑ray data review.
