Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret process data and quality reports.
• Residence within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process parameters including melt temps, shot profiles, and injection speeds.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects such as porosity, cold shuts, soldering.
• Set up and validate die casting process parameters for new launches and existing runs.
• Maintain setup sheets and operating instructions for technicians and operators.
• Collaborate on production trials to improve first-pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Support quality and inspection by reviewing X-ray data and real-time monitoring.
• Train floor personnel on standardized processes.
