Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for its Cedarburg, WI facility.

The role focuses on monitoring and optimizing high-pressure aluminum die casting processes on automated cells, driving down scrap, troubleshooting defects, and ensuring adherence to top-tier OEM quality standards. The position is direct-hire, offers strong hourly earnings with opportunities for bonuses, and requires a stable work history (2+ years per employer) along with US work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing (aluminum die casting, plastic injection molding, or metalworking preferred).
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize die casting process parameters (melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, pressures).
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering) and review X-ray data.
• Set up and tune machine parameters for new product launches and production runs.
• Maintain standardized process setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Assist with production trials to improve first-pass yield and minimize scrap.
