This direct-hire role focuses on monitoring high-pressure casting cells, optimizing process parameters, and driving down scrap while upholding tier-one quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years at each prior employer required.
• 2+ years hands-on process control experience in manufacturing.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze die casting process parameters (temperatures, shot profiles, cycle times).
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects like porosity, cold shuts, soldering.
• Tune machine parameters for new launches and existing runs.
• Create and maintain setup sheets and operating instructions.
• Run production trials with quality and engineering teams to improve yield.
• Review X-ray inspection data to ensure customer specifications.
• Train operators on standardized process parameters and best practices.
