Zaddy Solutions in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for cold-chamber die casting. This direct-hire role focuses on monitoring and optimizing high-pressure aluminum die casting processes, reducing scrap, and ensuring quality across night shifts.

You will analyze defects, adjust parameters, review X-ray data, train floor personnel, and collaborate with quality and engineering teams. Requires 2+ years of tenure, US work authorization, and a 45-minute commute.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated career stability with a strict requirement of at least 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in a manufacturing environment (aluminum die casting, plastics, or metalworking preferred).
• Must reside within a 45-minute maximum commute of the Cedarburg / Greater Milwaukee, WI area.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize process parameters including melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, and pressures.
• Analyze and resolve casting defects (porosity, cold shuts, soldering) and review X-ray data.
• Set up, fine-tune, and validate process parameters for product launches and production runs.
• Maintain standardized process setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Conduct production trials with quality and engineering teams to improve first-pass yield and reduce scrap.
• Support quality and inspection activities using real-time monitoring and X-ray data.
• Train floor personnel on standardized process parameters and best practices.
