Qualifications

• Requires at least 2+ years of tenure at each prior employer.
• 2+ years of hands-on process control experience in manufacturing (aluminum die casting, metalworking or related).
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI or nearby Greater Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize high-pressure aluminum die casting process parameters (shot profiles, melt temps, injection speeds, pressures).
• Perform root-cause defect analysis for porosity, cold shuts, soldering and related defects; review X-ray data.
• Set up and tune processing parameters for new product launches and existing runs; maintain standard operating instructions.
