Job summary

Carvana is seeking a diligent Safe and Secure Operations Center Associate in Phoenix to join a 24/7 security team. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across sites, respond to incidents, and triage calls from site contacts, vendors, and guests.

You will utilize software to detect risks and determine appropriate actions to protect employees and assets. The role requires strong communication, the ability to work flexible shifts, and a client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of security operations or call center experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and potential overtime.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with remote users via phone or email and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Support Safe and Secure technology and related tools.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems for Carvana sites nationwide.
• Answer routine and emergency calls and dispatch responders as needed.
• Analyze incidents to assess risk and elevate appropriately to management.
