Job summary

Carvana’s Safe & Secure team in Belton, MO is hiring for an on-site security role with an open nighttime schedule (10 PM–6:30 AM, Thu–Mon). You’ll protect associates, visitors, and vehicles as the boots-on-the-ground enforcement point.

Responsibilities include monitoring cameras, conducting safety audits, managing gate access, and documenting incidents for leadership while upholding Carvana’s service-first culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Track record of solid decision-making in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and connect with people quickly.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle conflict in a positive, productive way.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts.
• De-escalate and partner with teams to maintain safety and operations.
• Manage vehicle movement through entrances and exits; run safety audits.
