The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for night-shift operations on DOT projects around Winston-Salem. You’ll lead roadway and underground utility crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance on every shift.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy civil with night-DOT experience, read plans precisely, and are prepared for a demanding schedule and relocation within the Triad area.

Formación

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway/underground utility experience at superintendent/senior foreman level.
• Proven night-work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Ability read plans and specifications; manage quantities.

Responsabilidades

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and their foremen
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries; plan the work and shift schedule
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved night work windows
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers
• Track installed quantities and daily production
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job
