Accounting Search is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for night operations in the Winston-Salem area. This role oversees heavy civil DOT night work and underground utility crews on highway projects, coordinating with inspectors and project engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy civil supervision, DOT night-work experience, and the ability to read plans, manage safety, and maintain schedules. Relocation welcomed within the Triad.

Formación

• 5+ years in heavy civil roadway or underground utility supervision.
• Proven night work experience on DOT projects.
• Ability to read plans and specs and track quantities.
• Willing to work a heavy night schedule.
• NCDOT project experience is a plus; OSHA 30 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries; plan the work and shift schedule.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
