Job Juncture in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for night work to lead heavy civil crews on highway, roadway and utility projects across the Triad. You will coordinate with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers to keep schedules and safety in focus.

The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil roadway/underground utility work, strong planning and safety leadership, and willingness to relocate if needed. A full benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway/underground utility experience at superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT projects.
• Able to read plans and specs and estimate quantities.
• Valid driver's license.
• NCDOT project experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Based in the Triad or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Run night shift roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries.
• Plan the work and hold the project schedule shift to shift.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
