Zaddy Solutions in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for heavy night work. You will lead night crews on roadway and underground utility projects, coordinate subs, materials, and equipment, and ensure safety and documentation on every shift.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy civil, DOT night work experience, and ability to read plans. Relocation to the Triad area is welcomed; a valid driver's license is required and OSHA 30 or DOT experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in heavy civil roadway and/or underground utility at superintendent or senior foreman level.
• Proven night work experience on DOT roadway or utility projects.
• Ability to read plans and specs and track quantities.
• Valid driver's license.
• NCDOT project experience is a plus.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Based in the Triad or willing to relocate to Winston-Salem area.

Aufgaben

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects.
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and foremen.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries.
• Plan the work and hold the project schedule shift to shift.
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift.
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures inside approved night work windows.
• Work directly with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers.
• Track installed quantities and daily production.
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation.
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job.
