H. T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Roadway / Utility Superintendent for night shifts in the Winston-Salem area.

You will lead roadway and underground utility crews on NCDOT projects, manage safety, traffic control, and daily reporting, and coordinate with inspectors and project engineers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in heavy civil, night DOT work, plans reading ability, and readiness for a heavy night schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil roadway/underground utility experience at superintendent or senior foreman level
• Night work experience on DOT roadway/utility projects
• Reading plans and specs; accurate quantity tracking
• Strong work zone traffic control knowledge
• Valid driver's license
• NCDOT project experience a plus
• OSHA 30 a plus
• HCSS HeavyJob or similar field tracking experience a plus
• Willing to relocate to Winston-Salem / Triad area

Responsabilités

• Run night shift field operations on roadway and utility projects
• Lead roadway, grading and underground utility crews and foremen
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Plan the work and keep the project schedule shift to shift
• Own jobsite safety, toolbox talks and OSHA compliance on every shift
• Set up and manage traffic control and lane closures within night work windows
• Work with NCDOT inspectors and project engineers
• Track installed quantities and daily production
• Complete daily reports, crew time and field documentation
• Coordinate handoffs with the project manager and day side of the job
