Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a 12-hour night shift.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Document care in electronic medical records accurately and timely.
