Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Provide nursing care per standards and act on changes in status.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and participate in care conferences.
