Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts, full-time or per diem. Join our skilled nursing team on a vibrant Colorado community campus, with a focus on resident-first holistic care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) is required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care plans and updates in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
