Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts. Full-time with optional per diem, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights along with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Eligible candidates include seasoned RNs or new grads with Colorado RN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in senior care or cognitive impairment. On-site facilities provide a supportive work environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience caring for seniors preferred or new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Promote residents’ independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor residents’ clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and follow infection prevention practices.
