Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license required.
- CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités
- Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
- Perform nursing duties in line with state act and standards.
- Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain infection prevention and administer medications as ordered.
- Document care accurately and timely.
- Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
