Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts. Full-time or per diem options with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web apps.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and intervene as needed for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document in EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
