Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. Night shifts are available on a full-time or per diem basis, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

The role emphasizes building relationships with residents and families, providing holistic care, and ensuring clinical excellence in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nurse practice act and standards.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
