Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Colorado is seeking an RN for night shifts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a continuing care retirement community.

Full-time or per diem positions are available. The compensation includes an hourly wage and potential sign-on bonuses, with onsite health and well-being support and educational reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet, and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Document care plans accurately in the EMR and communicate with the team.
• Support resident independence by educating residents and families on conditions and self-care.
• Participate in care conferences and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
