Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. The role includes 12-hour night shifts, full-time or per diem schedules, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night staff.

You will build relationships with residents and families, perform clinically-based nursing duties, and collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. An active Colorado RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license required (state-specific).
• CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office requested.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families and provide holistic care.
• Carry out clinical duties per nursing standards and state act.
• Promote resident independence and educate residents/families.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and respond appropriately.
• Work with care team to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration per orders.
• Coordinate comprehensive care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by management.
