Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts in a continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role offers full-time or per diem arrangements with competitive hourly pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

Onsite health centers, tuition reimbursement, and a broad benefits package support employee growth and well-being. Ideal candidates include seasoned RNs or new graduates with a CO RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and self-care skills.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care and treatments.
