Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts, full-time or per diem. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time nights, with a pay range of $41–$51 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Joining our skilled nursing team means supporting residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical needs while adhering to nursing standards and state regulations. CPR and Colorado RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet use.
• Experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
• Seasoned RNs or new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, placing residents first.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team for routine nursing care and documentation.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plan with interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in the EMR and participate in care conferences.
