Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing team. The role offers night shifts, full-time or per diem options, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Colorado RN license.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• Seasoned RNs or new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Performing clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promoting resident independence by setting care goals and teaching families.
• Monitoring residents and acting on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborating with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintaining infection prevention and administering medications per orders.
• Coordinating a holistic plan of care with the team.
• Supporting resident preferences in the EMR.
• Ensuring documentation is current and timely.
• Participating in care conferences as requested.
